Terms of Service

Welcome to Bull's Hire. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Bull's Hire platform, operated by E&M Tech (CNPJ 57.962.671/0001-50). By creating an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Bull's Hire, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are using the platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. Description of Service
Bull's Hire is an interview intelligence platform that provides the following services:
- Video interview scheduling and conducting via browser-based WebRTC calls
- Recording of interview sessions (with explicit candidate consent)
- Automated audio transcription with speaker diarization
- AI-powered analysis of candidate responses based on user-defined evaluation dimensions
- Scorecard and evaluation management for interview teams
- Team collaboration and organization management features
- Transactional email notifications for interview scheduling and team invitations
3. Accounts & Registration
To use Bull's Hire, you must create an account and join or create an organization. You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and complete registration information
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used for fraudulent purposes.
4. Subscription Plans & Billing
Bull's Hire offers the following plan structures:
- Per-Interview: Pay-as-you-go at $6 per interview with 5-day audio retention
- Bundles: Pack of 10 interviews at $50 with 10-day audio retention and premium support
- Enterprise: Custom pricing with tailored features, retention, and support
All new accounts receive 2 free interviews. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' prior notice. No refunds are provided for consumed interview credits.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Bull's Hire only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
- Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Record interviews without obtaining proper candidate consent
- Attempt to access other organizations' data or bypass security measures
- Upload malicious files, viruses, or harmful content
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the platform
- Use the platform to discriminate against candidates based on protected characteristics
- Resell or sublicense access to the platform without our written consent
6. Recording Consent & Data Processing
When using the recording features of Bull's Hire, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You are responsible for obtaining explicit consent from all interview participants before recording
- The platform provides a consent mechanism for candidates, but you must ensure compliance with local laws
- Recordings are processed by third-party services for transcription and analysis
- Audio/video recordings are automatically deleted after the retention period defined by your plan
- You will not use recordings for purposes other than employment evaluation
7. Third-Party Services
Bull's Hire integrates with the following third-party services to deliver its features. Each service operates under its own terms and privacy policies, and their security and data handling is their responsibility:
- Supabase: Database, authentication, and storage services
- Daily.co: Video communication and recording infrastructure
- AssemblyAI: Audio transcription services
- OpenAI: AI analysis and language processing
- Brevo: Transactional email delivery
- Railway: Hosting and content delivery
We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or security practices of third-party services. However, we select partners that maintain high security standards and compliance certifications.
8. Intellectual Property
Bull's Hire and all related technology, branding, and content are the property of E&M Tech. You retain ownership of all data you upload to the platform, including interview recordings, transcripts, and evaluations. By using our platform, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing our services.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, E&M Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Bull's Hire. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We provide the platform "as is" and make no warranties regarding uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation.
10. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@bullshire.app. We may terminate or suspend your access if:
- You violate these Terms of Service
- Your account has been inactive for more than 12 months
- We are required to do so by law
- We discontinue the service (with 90 days' prior notice)
Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion, unless otherwise required by law.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Brazil, with the forum of the company's registered office taking precedence.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will notify you via email or through a notice on the platform at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of Bull's Hire after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
