• Transcripts: text transcriptions generated from interview recordings, including speaker identification
• AI analyses: automated assessments generated from transcripts based on your evaluation dimensions
• Scorecards: evaluation ratings and notes submitted by interviewers
• Usage data: browser type, IP address, pages visited, and feature usage for platform improvement
• Communication data: messages sent through our support form

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information for the following purposes:

• Providing and operating the Bull's Hire platform and its features
• Processing interview recordings, generating transcripts, and running AI analyses
• Sending transactional emails: interview invitations, team invitations, and password resets
• Providing customer support and responding to inquiries
• Improving our platform, features, and user experience
• Ensuring security and preventing fraud or abuse
• Complying with legal obligations

3. Data Sharing & Third-Party Processors

To provide our services, we share data with the following third-party processors. Each operates under their own terms of service and privacy policies, and is responsible for the security of data under their custody:

• Supabase: Database hosting, user authentication, and file storage
• Daily.co: Video call infrastructure and cloud recording
• AssemblyAI: Audio transcription with speaker diarization
• OpenAI: AI-powered analysis of interview transcripts
• Brevo: Transactional email delivery (invitations, notifications)
• Railway: Platform hosting and content delivery

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Data shared with processors is strictly limited to what's necessary to provide our services.

4. Data Retention

We retain your data according to the following policies:

• Account data: retained for as long as your account is active, plus 30 days after deletion request
• Audio/video recordings: automatically deleted after the retention period defined by your plan (5 days, 10 days, or custom for Enterprise)
• Transcripts and AI analyses: retained as text data for as long as your organization's account is active
• Scorecards: retained for as long as your organization's account is active
• Support communications: retained for up to 2 years for quality assurance

5. Your Rights (LGPD/GDPR)

Under the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD) and the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the following rights:

• Right to access: request a copy of all personal data we hold about you
• Right to correction: request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
• Right to deletion: request the erasure of your personal data
• Right to portability: receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format
• Right to restriction: request limitation of processing of your data
• Right to object: object to processing of your data for specific purposes
• Right to withdraw consent: withdraw your consent for data processing at any time

We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising cookies. We do not serve ads on our platform.

7. Children's Privacy

Bull's Hire is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us at support@bullshire.app and we will promptly delete the information.

Your data may be processed in servers located outside of Brazil. When this occurs, we ensure that adequate safeguards are in place to protect your data in accordance with LGPD and GDPR requirements, including standard contractual clauses and processor agreements with our third-party service providers.
