01.Setup
Upon entering our dashboard, begin by registering the open position. Provide a description and add the planned interview stages – within each stage, provide the characteristics you expect from the candidate in natural language.
02.Schedule
Start by registering your candidates. If you prefer, import a CSV list or register them manually. After that, both the person responsible for the interview and the candidate will be notified via email with a unique magic link for the interview.
03.Interview
Conduct your interview. Ask questions based on the skills and get as much information as you can from your candidate. Behind the scenes, our workers will securely transcribe the data and analyze the candidate according to the thresholds.
04.Evaluate
After we finish processing, check the feedback separated by topic according to your setup. We score according to the established thresholds and offer a simple and quick report on the interview. But the final decision is always yours!
